Identity Discs
Identity Discs, a Program's best friend and a User's gateway into the system's inner paradise. An Identification Disc is by far one of the most important things to any single person, man or program, from within the system as it dictates everything from appearance to capabilities. In a way it is a complete database on a person's entire lifestyle from start to finish and as such is required to keep them from losing pieces of themselves while inside the system. That said, Programs are much more dependent on their discs compared to that of User's as it can cause malfunctions or other weird manipulations of their code and thus running the risk of becoming a Virus.
With that in mind let's run through some ground rules in regards to Identity Discs and the functions included with having them.
1) Every Program and User must have an identity Disc upon being registered into the System. There are stipulations to this such as registering a Virus character who has lost their disc prior to being created on site.
2) If any User or Program is found without an Identity Disc they are subject to apprehension by Sentry units who catch them and further interrogation by reigning Administrator Programs.
3) If a Program or User willing notifies an Administrator Program about the loss of their Identity Disc they will be subject to less severe actions. At which point the Admin Program will either locate the disc for recovery or issue a new disc with all past information reuploaded to it.
4) Upon registration five free abilities are issued to every User and Program that cost no memory to be able to install and use. However these abilities should be rather easy or simple in nature as far as effects are concerned.
5) When registered every User and Program is allocated a total of 10 memory points to work with for installing new abilities. Which once used up, more must be purchased from the Upgrades Shop.
6) When creating new abilities to install a site admin will decide the final memory cost it will take to be approved. This can be negotiated between member and admin should there be a disagreement but the admin's say will be final.
7) When all five free ability slots have been used up more can be purchased in the Upgrades Shop. This includes a choice of either another Custom Ability Slot or a Premade Abilities relating to the characters chosen Class.
